In May, I was on my way back to Tokyo to finish filming in Tsugaru, and on my way back to Tokyo, I traveled to Miyagi Prefecture.
It was the day of the Sendai Aoba Festival, and the Kokubuncho area, the largest entertainment district in the Tohoku region, seemed to be crowded with people. It seems as if everyone is a bit excited after the festival.
